Our headquarters is unit 400 at 1880 Assumption St., Windsor Ontario, Canada. If you are having trouble finding our office, please note it is all the way around the back of the building in the main parking lot.
Pep Corp. has been operating in some capacity since 2015, but the company was officially incorporated in 2016.
Pep Corp. specializes in high volume manufacturing of small plastic goods. We are a vertically integrated manufacturer focused on furthering the capabilities of 3D printing into the production manufacturing environment, focused on quality and consistency. Founded in 2016, we are well on our way towards our goal of mass 3D printing factories. Learn more in our about section!
Pep Corp. makes a variety of parts, most of which are industrial in nature, and go towards industrial or automotive part assemblies. Parts can range anywhere from small clips or wire guards, to brackets, triggers, housings, and much more!
Our team is laser focused on our goal of scaled mass manufacturing of small plastic parts. After years of careful consideration, we have determined that the most suitable technology from a capabilities, cost, and scalability standpoint is currently FDM. With our goal of being a leader at the forefront of scaled 3D printing, we take our technology stack very seriously. Everything we do has scalability in mind, allowing us to ensure the best resutls for our clients when it comes to large scale manufacturing.
We offer FDM 3D printing. This technology melts a strand of filament which is made of the same polymers that the manufacturing industry is used to today. Materials such as ABS, ASA, PETG, PA, PC and more.
For our production 3D printers, our build volume is 250mm x 210mm x 210mm, although we recommend that you try to keep your parts at least 10mm smaller on each axis. This is the largest single part size that we can manufacture, however if your parts are larger than this then we can explore options of segmenting and bonding your parts together to make one larger unit.
Depending on the material, Pep Corp. offers a variety of colors to suit your needs. Additionally, we offer Pantone color matching, meaning you can be sure you will get exactly the color you expect out of your parts. Contact us today for a full catalogue of our materials and colors.
Pep Corp. offers a variety of materials, some of which include ABS, PETG, ASA, PC, PA6, as well as various blends. For a full list of our materials on offer please contact us for a sample kit or materials catalogue!
Generally speaking, our process can print almost any material that you could traditionally injection mold. There are some limitations to this however. If there is a specific material that you are interested in please let us know and we can look into whether we can manufacture it or not.
Additionally, we can look into what properties you need out of your parts and help you to determine what the best alternative material may be.
3D printing has a ton of benefits, far too many for us to list out in our FAQ page. Some of the most prominent reasons however include tooless manufacturing, allowing you to manufacture production goods without the upfront invesment costs of an injection mold, flexibility in the parts you produce allowing you to innovate faster and change your designs without any compromises or retooling costs, speed of delivery allowing you to minimize the inventory that you need to keep, and best of all: we are your domestic partner! 3D prining provides you with a competitive manufacturing technology to traditional overseas injection molding. Start producing smart with Pep Corp. today!
Depending on the material, 3D printed parts are generally weaker than their injection molded counterparts. That being said, if you work with our team from the beginning of your designs, this is something we can easily design around to accomodate, allowing you to still take advantage of the benefits of 3D printing even when strength is important.
We know how important quality is to manufacturers. This is why we focus so much on accountability and repeatability. Pep Corp. records every part of our process during manufacturing, and we provide every part shipped with an associated label specifying this information.
Pep Corp. is the OEM for all of the production equipment we use here on site. This gives us many advantages over competitors and ensures we have the tools and expertise required to get your parts done right the first time.
We know the stigma for 3D printed parts is that they never look good. This is why we've been working on improving it in any way we can! Depending on what you require, we offer a variety of post processing services including surface smoothing, painting, ironing, and more! Contact us today about what you need and we can see what will best fit.
Currently we have over 40 production machines on-site, but this number is growing all the time! We are here to accomodate your large scale production needs. If you're worried about the size of your order, contact us! You may be surprised at just how much output our factory is capable of.
As of currently we have no plans to begin selling any of our machines. We do offer the option to lease production equipment on-site to some of our larger clients. Contact us if you'd like to learn more.
There's a lot of file formats that will work, but your best bet is to send us your files as STP or STEP file formats. Others include SLDPRT, IGES, and more.
We sure do. Our marketing team has spent a ton of time on our beautiful marketing materials, and we'd be happy to get you some. Contact us today for a free sample kit, or inquire about the cost for a full capabilities package.
Our team is here to work with yours. We are happy to accomodate your shipping needs, whether it be freight, custom packing for automation, a specific carrier, or more, we are here to help.
Absolutely! Just be sure to let us know before hand what your plans are and when you hope to come by. We don't have forklift access, so be sure you are able to load your parts onto your vehicle.
Of course! This is one of the many value-add services that Pep Corp. offers. We're happy to help you with custom packaging to ensure your branding is effective and ready to go the moment it leaves our door.
We get it, things can get complicated. Your time is best spent innovating on the products you make, not putting together fasteners and PCBs. Let us turn your assemblies into single part numbers, simplifying your ordering process, and providing you with a one-stop-shop to your quality production needs. Look for more information in our Value-Add pages under Services!
Depending on the circumstance of your order, delivery times will vary. For small orders and prototyping, we try to get your parts out our door in 24 to 48 hours. Have a tight timeline? Let us know and see how we can help!
